MEET YOUR DIETITIAN COACH
Hey there, I’m Kaely, (RD, LD, MS).
In my work as a dietitian specializing in women’s health, I have worked with dozens of burnt out, high achieving women. The women who come to me are looking for answers. They want to know why they feel so bad. And the road to finding those answers can often feel pretty lonely.
The women that find a home in Happy Hormones Bootcamp are the ones who are fed up with not being listened to by their doctor. They’re fed up with the symptoms they deal with everyday. And they’re fed up with feeling like they have to do it all alone.
I’m a dietitian, but I’ve done exactly what you have been trying to do yourself. I’ve spent all my free time researching my own symptoms - the same symptoms that were minimized by my doctors. It was a lonely process, but I learned how to fix my symptoms, correct my hormone imbalances, and unlearn all the poor nutrition advice I’d been taught. In the end, I felt reborn.
The health journey I took led me back to myself, to the ability to feel good once again in my own body. But just as importantly, it has led me to you. And unlike me, you don’t have to do it all alone.
Happy Hormones Bootcamp: What To Expect
PART 1 - MINDSET
We’re going to delve into a super important - yet often forgotten - aspect of weight loss: your brain. There is a significant mind-body connection at play when it comes to hormone health - so we’re going to work on getting the right mindset for success before we go any further.
PART 2 - METABOLISM
Your metabolism is about so much more than just your ability to lose weight or “burn” calories. We’ll get into all the other important functions of metabolism and cover our bases for supporting a thriving metabolism.
PART 3 - PERSONALIZING YOUR APPROACH
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. The part of the program is all about helping you find YOUR path. There is so much power and freedom in identifying what works for your body.
PART 4 - COMMUNITY + ACCOUNTABILITY
There’s a reason the healthiest, longest-living people on the planet are the ones who have a strong sense of community. Our social connections positively influence our hormone health via our nervous system.
