Gut Healing Smoothie

The combination of L-glutamine, collagen and the digestive enzymes in pineapple make this smoothie a gut health booster.

INGREDIENTS (for 1 serving) 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (made for dissolving in cold liquids)
  • 1 scoop (3g L-glutamine) 
  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/3 cup frozen mixed berries (loving the organic antioxidant blend from Costco) 
  • optional: 1 scoop of Nutri-Dyn Dynamic Fruits & Greens for added antioxidants, 1 tbsp chia seeds for omega3s

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender (I used nutri-bullets here for portability) and enjoy :)
