Anti-Inflammatory Yogurt Parfait

This pretty little breakfast (or pre-workout snack) is packed with protein, healthy carbs and some anti-inflammatory powerhouses.

INGREDIENTS (serves 1):

  • 8 oz plain Siggis yogurt (my favorite, low-ingredient brand!) 
  • 3 black mission figs, sliced
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp each of: cinnamon, turmeric and nutmeg (nature's anti-inflammtories!)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Fill a bowl with plain siggis yogurt (optional, sweeten with Stevia sweet drops) 
  • Slice 3 figs and place on top
  • Add in spices and almond butter
  • Stir and enjoy :)
